For those who have not had a look at the online help system yet, you can get to the online help system from the Community tab of the RxWorks website. The exact address is www.rxworks.com/manuals.
I uploaded the latest version today. These weekly changes really highlight the fact that printed manual go out of date very quickly.
The 23rd November entry contains the following updates
ü      New Sections on Mail Merge and Queries with new screen shots.
ü      Expanded section on e-mailing, including how to send on third party information, and details on bulk e-mail runs.
ü      Compilation of a lot of linked material on mail merge and bulk marketing, with cross linking to give you a broader picture of what is a broad process.
ü      Part F, H and almost all the appendicies of the Reports Manual have been re-written.
ü      By popular demand, there is a new section in the Reports Manual on what reports you can run and when, all linked to the reports and how to run them.
ü      The Options and Setup section is more integrated than before, with expanded links in this section particularly.
ü      Of course, we have the usual improvements to the Index and internal linking between information. Now that there is a lot more information available, the Index is becoming a much more useful tool.
Get online with the online help system and you will find you have more access to newer and better information about RxWorks faster and easier than ever!

Running late?

If you are running behind schedule, use RxWorks to text your client's cell phone to let them know - much better to warn them so they can delay their visit a little then have a reception area full of impatient clients trying to control their pets.

Many clients consider being forced to sit around and wait a sign of disrespect. If they get your text message, even if it is too late for them to change their plans, at least they know you cared enough to forewarn them.
