A record for each Patient is created covering everything from weight to the microchip number; from warnings to current diet. A summary of the Patient’s clinical history is displayed in a scrollable window and details of current Prescriptions can be accessed.

The current Standards of Care Compliance status is displayed and nearly due or overdue treatments are flagged.  A series of configurable, species-specific fields can be displayed providing extra information such as the food type or wormer last purchased or used.

As with the Client screen, an Attachments function is available where documents relating to the individual Patient are stored. The Print option for this screen provides for the printing of Patient Histories, Information Handouts, Forms, Letters and Certificates.
